Stock availability is subject to change. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss options, including waiting for restocking, paying additional shipping for available items, or issuing a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment is collected at checkout. Customers can opt for free order pickup at our Great Yarmouth warehouse. Shipping rates are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Delivery Terms

  • Transit Time: Domestic shipments typically take 2–7 days, international orders 2–22 days depending on courier and destination.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, except on holidays.
  • Change of Delivery Address: Address changes can be accommodated before dispatch.
  • P.O. Box and Military Address Shipping: We ship to these addresses using appropriate courier services.
  • Items Out of Stock: If an item is unavailable, we may hold your order until it is restocked or issue a refund.

Tracking Notifications

Customers will receive tracking links upon dispatch to monitor shipment progress.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, customers should reject it if possible and contact us immediately. We can only offer compensation or replacement for items signed for as damaged.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide from the UK.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees. Refusal to pay may result in return shipping costs being borne by the customer.
  • Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the nominated carrier.
  • Refunds are issued in GBP. Currency conversion fees or international transaction charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Requests must be submitted in writing to dcprestigenorfolk@gmail.com and accepted by D&C Prestige.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the courier's stated value. Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier's investigation.
