This website is operated by D&C Prestige (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including the additional terms and policies referenced here and/or available by hyperlink, such as our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our services. Any new features or tools added to the store are also subject to these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any applicable laws. You must not transmit worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach of the Terms may result in immediate termination of services.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (excluding card details) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and adapted to technical requirements. Card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without our prior written permission.

Materials on this site are provided for general information only. We are not responsible if information is not accurate, complete, or current. You agree it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

4. Modifications to Service & Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the service (or any part) at any time without notice. We are not liable for modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuance.

5. Products & Services

Certain products/services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns/exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. We try to display colours/images accurately but cannot guarantee your screen’s display. We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction and limit quantities. Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that products/services will meet your expectations, nor that service errors will be corrected beyond your statutory rights.

6. Billing & Account Information

We may refuse any order and limit/cancel quantities per person/household/order. We may notify you via the contact details provided at purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update details so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

7. Optional Tools & 8. Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools and link to third-party websites. These are provided “as is” without warranties and at your own risk. Review third-party terms/policies before use. We are not responsible for third-party materials, sites, or transactions.

9. User Comments & Submissions

By submitting content (comments, suggestions, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content. You must not violate any third-party rights or post unlawful/defamatory/obscene content or malware. You are solely responsible for your submissions.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information containing typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., descriptions, pricing, promotions, charges, transit times, availability). We reserve the right to correct/update/cancel orders where information is inaccurate, except as limited by law.

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes; to violate laws; infringe IP rights; harass or discriminate; upload malware; collect others’ personal info; spam/phish; or interfere with security features. We may terminate access for violations.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” except as expressly stated by us or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits/revenue/savings/data, replacement costs, or similar, arising from your use of the service/products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D&C Prestige and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law/third-party rights.

15. Severability & 16. Termination

If any provision is unlawful/void/unenforceable, the remainder remains enforceable. These Terms continue until terminated by you or us. We may terminate immediately if we believe you have breached the Terms; you remain liable for amounts due up to termination.

17. Entire Agreement; 18. Governing Law

These Terms and policies posted on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior understandings. These Terms and any separate agreements are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

21. General Terms & Conditions (Workshops, Vehicles & Conduct)

Images are illustrative; some items may vary from pictures. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work to resolve reasonable issues. Unreasonable, abusive, or threatening behaviour is not tolerated; work may cease and the vehicle must be collected after payment for work completed to date.

Certain modifications may extend beyond the manufacturer’s intended use. The vehicle owner accepts responsibility for impacts on other systems resulting from such modifications. Additional products/costs required to complete or enhance an agreed conversion are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for the failure of pre-existing worn/damaged parts discovered during works.

We may levy a storage fee for vehicles left on our premises without active work. We will notify you in writing before applying storage fees. If a vehicle remains uncollected for an extended period and fees accrue significantly, we may take steps in accordance with applicable law to recover losses (with documentation provided). All parts supplied and work carried out remain our property until final payment is made. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

22. Payment & Prices

Unless stated otherwise, prices include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Due to currency/supply fluctuations, prices may change without notice. International payment methods may include PayPal or bank transfer; additional fees may apply. Some card transactions may incur a levy to cover administration costs. Special-order/custom/import items must be prepaid and are non-refundable except as set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

23. Deliveries, Inspection & Claims

Please inspect parcels on delivery where possible. If damage is visible, sign “damaged” (if permitted) or refuse delivery and notify us promptly with photos. If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will assist under our Return & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

24. Online Orders & Dispatch

For security, we may only ship to the cardholder’s/billing address and may conduct verification checks. Suspicious orders may be refused. In-stock items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days; some items may take up to 72 hours or longer during busy periods. You’ll receive tracking once shipped. Delivery terms, timelines, and out-of-stock handling are set out in our Shipping Policy.

25. Installation (Bookings)

Fitting is by appointment. Purchase of parts does not imply mandatory installation by us or our agents; parts sales and installation are separate contracts. By confirming your booking, you agree that cancellations/changes made less than 48 hours before the booking forfeit the fitting deposit. If you cancel and request a product refund, a 15% restocking fee applies, plus any stated deposit fee, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

25b. Installation Recommendation & Liability

We strongly recommend professional installation. We are responsible for damages caused by defective products as required by law, but are not liable for issues arising from improper installation or misuse. Our total liability for loss or damage in connection with supplied goods is limited to the invoice value, except where the law does not allow such limitation. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

26. Parts (Competition/Off-Road Use)

Some products are intended for racing/competition use only and may not be legal for road use in your jurisdiction. Compliance with applicable laws rests with the buyer.

27. Fitment

While products are designed to fit specified models, minor modifications may be required. Professional installation is recommended. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation or buyer-led modifications.

28. Listing Images & Product Variations

Some product images shown on this website are for reference and illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact item you will receive. The product supplied will be specific to your selected vehicle application, specification, and fitment. Minor variations in appearance, finish, or design may occur depending on manufacturer updates or model-specific requirements.

If you are unsure about fitment or compatibility, please contact us before placing your order.

29. Painting

Paint match can vary due to codes, age, and environmental factors. Test-fit prior to painting. Once painted/modified, items are non-returnable save for statutory rights where goods are faulty/not as described. We are not responsible for third-party paint/bodyshop work. For best results, paint with the car present to allow fitment corrections.

30. Custom-Made Goods

Custom-made/made-to-order goods are produced to your specification and are non-returnable unless faulty or not as agreed. Please ensure specifications are accurate. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty.

31. Digital Products & Refunds (e.g., Bootmod3, XHP)

Digital content is typically delivered immediately or within 24 hours via email/account access. Delays may occur due to demand or third-party checks. By purchasing digital content, you give express consent for supply to begin within the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge you lose your right to cancel once delivery starts, per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Refunds or replacements for digital content are provided if it is faulty, inaccessible due to our fault, or not as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015). You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your vehicle/hardware/software; refunds are not offered where the correct product was supplied but is incompatible due to buyer error.

32. Digital Products (International Orders)

International customers agree to the same digital content terms. Once digital content has been delivered/accessed, the 14-day cooling-off right no longer applies under UK law.

33. Special Orders & Restocking Fees

Special-order parts/non-faulty custom goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery if approved and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% depending on supplier terms, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. Returns must be pre-authorised. The restocking fee (if any) will be confirmed during authorisation. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty/incorrect.

34. Shipping, Risk & International Duties (Summary)

Shipping timelines, tracking, damaged-in-transit procedure, and undeliverable parcels are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk in goods passes to you when you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of them (or when collected), except where you arrange your own carrier not offered by us, in which case risk passes on handover to that carrier. International customers are responsible for import duties/taxes/customs fees and any consequences of refusal to pay such charges.
