M3 | M4 | S55 PCV Delete Kit
RS GHIGO's S55 PCV Delete Kit is designed for all S55 engines found in the M2 Competition (F87), M3 (F80), and M4 (F82/F83). Stock or tuned, the OEM PCV can't cope with the excess heat or release the vaporized oil fast enough as well as dealing with increased pressures in tuned engines. This results in the OEM PCV diaphragm failing. Many people replace the rocker cover at a great expense, only to find that this is a recurring failure.
This S55 PCV Delete Kit is designed to be a permanent fix for this issue by removing the OEM PCV and allowing the pressure to be released from the engine. The kit can either vent to the atmosphere with pipework routed underneath the car or to a vented catch can. It allows the engine to breathe better and run cleaner by rerouting gunky vaporized oil away from the intake and turbos (unlike the OEM system, which does so to meet Euro standards). This, in turn, helps the engine run cleaner and more efficiently.
RS GHIGO's patented S55 PCV Delete Kit has been tested on cars running up to stage 3 tunes and under heavy track use. If you have been experiencing a smoking exhaust, a leaking rocker cover gasket, or a whistling sound from under the engine cover, then this is the solution.
By blocking the ports, the oil pressure is stabilized, and the blowout pipe (usually connected to the intake) is blocked off. The S55 PCV Delete Kit allows excess vapor to be expelled without going through the engine, helping it run cleaner.
The kit consists of everything needed to vent to the atmosphere. Full fitting instructions with photos are supplied with each kit.
1-year warranty on all parts.
